Message Triage analyzes messages from your connected sources (such as Gmail) using AI and presents prioritized triage results. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.
New accounts include a 14-day free trial (trial length may change for future signups). No charge is made during the trial. If you do not subscribe, access to paid features ends when the trial expires.
You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to access other users’ data; probing, scanning, or testing the security of the system without authorization; automated abuse or excessive request rates; reverse engineering; or using the service to violate any law or third-party rights. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the integrity of the service.
Triage results — including urgency scores, summaries, suggested replies, deadlines, and risk flags — are generated by AI and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are provided to assist you, not to replace your judgment. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions. You are responsible for reviewing the original messages before acting.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy & Data Flow page, which explains that your message content is analyzed in the moment and never stored.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Message Triage and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Questions: support@message-triage.com
